-Appearance: Seb is about 5 ft 9, and weighs in at around 210. He wears, usually, hoodies and red sweaters, and always has 3 things on him: a ring with 13 studs on it, a black card...blank...and a skull neckless made out of steal with a pentagram engraved into the forehead. He has semi-long blonde hair and light brown eyes, and always looks shifty and shady.
-Personality: Seb is very weird and tends to be shunned. People see him doing weird finger signs in school and tend to stay away. Even the weirdest of everyone stays away because sometimes, his hands glow and when that happens stuff happens. He may look all cool and cute, but sometimes when he's wearing black and that same skull neckless it basically means to watch out. Sometimes, when he does those weird signs, people around him either feel better or they feel a sudden darkness. Alone, or approached on a single basis, Seb isn't really all that bad. He loves nature and always talks in riddles when he's nervous. Grant it, they aren't all that smart, but sometimes people have to look past the fancy wording that makes no sense to really see his smartness.

-Powers (TWO): Seb can use weird finger movements to do one of two types of things:
1. Telekinesis (Teleportation, being able to talk to people via mind, moving things with mind)
2. Bending of nature (Such as stopping rain while its raining, then being able to let it downpour again, lightning randomly hitting around him, etc)
Some say Seb gains his power via his brain, giving him the 100% capacity of it. But Seb swears its him able to use other planes (dimensions) to affect this one. Seb still cannot control them fully, nor can he explain the source. By no means is Seb an ordinary person, nor is he a magical user.

-Biography: Well, to be quick and easy Seb has powers not of anything really. He looks human and yet isn't. Seb's past dictates why he is so weird, and here it is:
When Seb was young, he was born into a poor family. Mom being not the best of people and Dad growing up with his son, Seb was growing up with his teenage parents. Yes, they sometimes treated him well, the only person Seb really could talk to was his Dad. Mom was never around because of her work and Dad always was home because of a disability. As Seb grew older, he started to see past most things and into other worlds, and mostly got lost when he was in grade school. After his father became a, self declared, genius; Seb was home schooled. After a dispute with his father and mother, Seb was made to live with his mom, losing the only person he really knew. After this, Seb grew distant to this world and started to dream of other planes. He swears, even to this day, he's special and has friends in other worlds. The bad part, he can't get a real grip on reality.
